These terms govern your use of Serandiva. By using the platform you agree to them.
Serandiva is a discovery and enquiry platform that connects travellers with tourist attractions, tour operators, gem sellers, jewellers and other local businesses in Ratnapura. We are not the provider of the tours, gems or services listed, and bookings and purchases are arranged directly between you and the relevant operator or seller.
Enquiries submitted through the platform are requests, not confirmed bookings. Listing information, prices and availability are provided by third parties and may change. We take reasonable care but do not warrant that all information is accurate or current.
Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful and lawful. We moderate reviews and may remove content that is misleading, abusive or infringing.
To the extent permitted by law, Serandiva is not liable for transactions, tours or products arranged with third-party operators and sellers.
